1911 Cadillac
Model Thirty
Cadillac was the first production car to use completely interchangeable parts. They were able to accomplish this through tight controls on quality. This 1911 Cadillac which was introduced in the fall of 1910 was almost sold out by January of 1911. Cadillac quality was worth waiting for, so many people ordered them in advance. Several body styles were available for the Model Thirty chassis.
