I've been fascinated with things that fly for as long as I can remember. Planes and other types of aircraft have been an interest that has led me and continues to lead me to museums and air shows. I really like the older piston powered planes. I hope you'll find things here that you will enjoy as well. Being a facts and figures kind of guy, I've researched all sorts of information on many different aircraft. Most of the time I get confirmation from sources like the National Archives and Records Administration, but, occasionally someone with firsthand knowledge will be my source. I usually round off numbers to keep things simple. If you find any blatant errors or critical typos please E-mail me and let me know.
